Do you know that coffee may protect against Parkinson’s disease, type 2 diabetes and liver disease, including liver cancer? Additionally, drink from two to four cups per day can reap the mood-boosting benefits. Do you like coffee but you hate cleaning? The Rite Press warrants effortless cleanup in under 4 minutes. Currently, available on Kickstarter.

The New Generation French Press

Why is this device better than others? The Rite Press team has created a full-flavored coffee and tea machine which ensures effortless cleanup in under 4 minutes. The proprietary design makes coffee clean-up easy with a simple twist-off bottom. The stainless steel filter forces all the grounds into a patented removable bottom chamber, which twists off for easy cleaning.

The machine has been created by Rite Team, a group of the coffee and tea coffee and tea enthusiasts from West Hollywood, CA. They are also engineering geeks, design devotees, and brand creatives, intrigued with figuring out a way to make the products we use better. They have combined their passion for hot beverages with their extended knowledge and they created ‘no mess’ coffee maker.

The Rite Press preparation

‘No Mess’ Features

At first glance, French Press looks like a regular French Press but you cannot be wrong more. Does your coffee maker have a removable bottom, integrated thermometer, and built-in timer? Exactly! ‘No Mess’ takes coffee making to the next level.

A Removable Bottom

We all agree that French Press coffee is one of the best one but cleaning is just a pain in the neck. The Rite Team solved that issue with a patented removable bottom, allowing you to conserve energy, water, and time.

The bottom unscrews so you can easily dump the grounds and rinse with minimal effort. The precisely manufactured bottom is designed with two start positions.

These allow you to easily tighten the bottom with only one full turn. The Rite Press also features a medical grade silicone seal to ensure the coffee or grounds don’t drip while in use.

The Integrated Thermometer

The right temperature of the water gets you closer to the perfect coffee. Burnt café noir is simply tasteless. Rite creators have designed and manufactured thermometer with a simple Blue, Green, Red scale. Blue is too cold and Red is too hot.

The Green zone is centered at 198 °F (around 92 °C) which is the optimal temperature for an ideal cup of coffee. The Rite thermometer lives in the shaft of the filter so it’s easy to use and is always on hand.

A Built-in Hourglass

This feature is not only extremely useful but also really really awesome. The timing while making coffee is essential. Both under- and over-brewing lead to bad-tasting java.

Here comes a solution. A built-in and simple to use hourglass is set for precisely 3 min and 30 seconds. When the sand is done flowing, it’s time to press down the plunger and enjoy an amazing cup. The Rite timer is magnetically attached to the Rite Press.

How to use The Rite Press?

Using Rite machine is a piece of cake. First, measure and grind coffee. Next, boil a water and use the thermometer to check a perfect temperature. Third, set the hourglass for an ideal steeping time. Fourth, remove the bottom for easy clean up.

With The Rite Press you can also prepare a cold brew. Simply, add coarse-ground coffee (100 g for 1 L) and room temperature water. Give it a gentle stir and put the lid on. Next step, leave at the room temperature for 10 to 12 hours. Remember, do not put in the fridge. Finally, press down on the plunger and serve over ice or put in the fridge.

It is worth to try because the cold brew has about twice as much caffeine as hot coffee and contains very little acid thanks to a low-temperature slow extension.

The ‘No Mess’ French Press is dedicated to tea aficionados, as well. The Rite Press is great for loose leaf tea. Just steep the tea in hot water and use the filter to push the tea leaves into the removable bottom for easy cleanup. Voila, your tea is ready to drink.

The Minimalist Design

The Minimalist Design The Rite Press

The Rite Press not only allows you to make your favorite coffee without the mess, this device has a timeless look. The new generation French Press designers have combined simplicity with practicality.

Thanks to a double-wall insulation the Rite Press delivers full-bodied coffee with rich flavor and keeps it hot for up to two hours.  Additionally, the micro mesh filter allows for your coffee to be a full-bodied brew while keeping the coffee grounds pushed into the removable bottom.

The founders have created four models of The Rite: Silver -1 liter, Silver – half a liter, Matte Black – 1 liter and Matte Black – half a liter. Manufacturers ensure that their factories meet and exceed all environmental production standards. Thus, this is an extra con.
